The apartment is located in the heart of Venice, just 5 minutes walk from the famous Rialto Bridge and 8 minutes walk from the famous Piazza San Marco.
Despite being centrally located, it is situated in a very quiet area, one of the few still inhabited by the Venetians.
At 50 meters from the apartment is a supermarket, 100 meters there is a pharmacy, there are plenty of bars, bakeries and restaurants in the area.
Work on the ground floor of the building in which it is my property, so my guests can contact easily in case.

CITY TAX:
From the 24th of August 2011, all visitors who stay in an accommodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Venice have to pay the “Tourist tax”. The tax is due for only first 5 days of stay. Children under the age of 10 years are exempted. Juveniles between 10 and 16 years benefit from 50 % reduction.
High Season 01 February – 30 November = Euro 1,50
Low season 01 December – 31 January = Euro 1,05
The price of the tax is to be considered per day, per person, and it is to be paid at your arrival in cash.
